This website is operated by Magnetic Gym Bag ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Online store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe and show our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was listed in error or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Accuracy of information
You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address and shipping address, so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. We don't store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Product use and safety
The Magnetic Gym Bag contains magnets. Keep it away from pacemakers, implanted medical devices and items that can be damaged by magnets. Use it only on equipment strong and stable enough to hold it, and don't overload it. Check that the bag is securely attached before leaving items in it.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

All content on this site, including text, images and graphics, belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
Changes to these Terms
